Judge Gilbert in the US District of Illinois did not disappoint in his judgment on Atiku v CSU and it is indeed explosive.
To summarize, he just denied every ruling on technicalities requested by Tinubu and CSU and rather ordered that CSU within TWO days provide every information in their database both paper and electronic on Tinubu, But the most explosive is that he has ordered an oral deposition under oath of any CSU administrators under oath.
Anyone who understands what it means to be deposed under US federal law under oath knows what it means. You might just be going to jail if you lie under oath in a federal deposition.
This is not the usual abracadabra Nigerian courts.
